Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy software in an Agile environment.
• Build and maintain backend services primarily using Java and Spring.
• Develop high-performing REST API services.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to software quality improvements.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and work closely with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver scalable, reliable, and innovative payment solutions.
• Leverage cloud technologies (AWS) and microservice architectures.
• Work with relational databases like MySQL and Aurora.
• Ensure information security compliance in engineering practices.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with object-oriented and functional programming in Java.
• Strong knowledge of Spring framework.
• Experience working with AWS services (at least 2 offerings).
• Hands-on experience in building and maintaining RESTful APIs.
• Good understanding of Microservice architecture.
• Comfortable with relational databases such as MySQL or Amazon Aurora.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative Agile environment.
